Before purchasing your ticket for the livestream, please verify with your filter company that they will whitelist TICKETSPICE.COM and VIMEO.COM for the duration of the show so you can access the livestream.
In order to avoid buffering during the show, check beforehand that you have enough bandwidth to watch the show in HD (min 20mbps download speed).
If you experience filter or buffering issues during the stream, we cannot refund tickets. Check the FAQs for more detail.
The show will be performed live and there will be no replay available. With that in mind, do not purchase a ticket if will not be able to watch during the stream (7pm-10pm on Sunday, January 19).
No. The show will be live, you will need a strong internet connection to ensure optimal streaming.
Once you confirm your purchase, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Click "Access Virtual Event" to start watching. You will also receive an email with an access code, which you can use if you want to watch the stream on a different device than the one you purchased your ticket on.
